Still working on 10K training. Steve says I'm worrying too much about this but it's hard for me to not be competitive, even knowing I'm "competing" against myself.
Snapshot of my last few runs:
Saturday: 6 miles in 90:00
Monday: 3 miles in 30:00
Wednesday 4 miles in 44:30
Tomorrow is a slow 3 mile recovery run, and Saturday I will probably do 5 miles with Steve.
